Flourich ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Flourich mobile application (the "App"), a two-sided marketplace connecting businesses with content creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).

Profile information: Creators may provide a display name, bio, location, niche, portfolio images, and videos. Businesses may provide a company name and contact details.

Booking information: When you make or receive a booking, we collect details about the service, scheduling, and messaging between parties.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you use the App, including pages viewed and interactions, to improve the service.

To process bookings and payments between creators and businesses

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

Between users: Creator profiles (name, bio, portfolio) are visible to businesses on the platform. Booking details are shared between the relevant creator and business.
Service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security policies to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
