Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Download the Flourich app, tap Sign Up, and choose whether you're a Creator or a Business. Fill in your details and you're ready to go.
How do I book a creator?
Browse creators on the Discover tab, tap a creator's profile to view their services, then tap Book on any service to start a booking request.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored by Flourich. Payment is taken when a booking is confirmed.
How do I get paid as a creator?
Go to your Profile and complete the Stripe onboarding to connect your bank account. Payouts are processed automatically after each completed booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Open the booking in the app and tap Cancel Booking. Please check the creator's cancellation policy before booking.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at
support@flourich.com with the subject "Delete Account" and we'll process your request within 5 business days.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email
support@flourich.com with a description of the issue and your device model and iOS/Android version. Screenshots are always helpful.
